Sweet and Spicy Chicken Drummettes

I am an easy target (sucker) for finger food! Today I have a great recipe for chicken drummettes. Chicken drummettes are the fleshy part of the wing and it reminds me of a mini chicken thigh. It is versatile and a great appetizing snack. This recipe is easy to prepare and it's full of flavor and mouthwatering--yummy!

Ingredients:
10 chicken drummettes, washed and pat dry
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Thai chili sauce (Mae Ploy)
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. five-spice powder
1 tsp. ginger, minced finely
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for dusting
Baking tray
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix ketchup, chilli sauce, Worchestershire sauce, five-spice powder, ginger together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add chicken and rub the mixture to marinate. Leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken in pan, sprinkle some paprika on top. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and cooked for about 30-40 minutes. Serve warm.
